Can I use multiple integrations at the same time?

Absolutely. You can send leads to HubSpot, track events in Google Analytics, fire Facebook Pixel events, and push webhooks to Zapier. All at the same time from the same widget.

Do I need technical knowledge to set up integrations?

No. Most integrations are configured in a few clicks from the Boei dashboard. Webhooks require a URL to send data to, but no coding is needed on the Boei side.

What data does Boei send to integrations?

Boei can send event data (widget opens, channel clicks, form submissions) and lead data (name, email, phone, message) depending on the integration type and your configuration.

What's the difference between channels and integrations?

Channels are the communication methods visitors use to contact you: WhatsApp, live chat, email, phone, etc. Integrations are the business tools Boei connects to behind the scenes: CRM, analytics, automation.

Can I build custom integrations?

Yes. Boei has a dedicated API tab in your chatbot settings with credentials and documentation for full programmatic access. You can also use webhooks to send events to any URL, or connect with Zapier, Make, n8n, and more.

Can I pass visitor data to Boei automatically?

Yes. With SDK prefills you can pass visitor info such as name, email, phone, company, ID, tags, and notes via the Boei SDK. The chatbot picks up this data automatically so conversations are personalized from the start.

How does the Mailchimp integration work?
