FAQ

What is Boei?
+
Boei is an AI-powered chat widget with 50+ contact channels. Boei has outstanding ease of use – set it up in under 5 minutes. Boei integrates with 50+ communication channels—from WhatsApp to Facebook and more. Boei includes an AI chatbot, Lead Flow for lead capture, and a shared inbox. Most importantly, Boei users experience better conversions and more customer engagement. It’s also fully customisable and looks pretty swell!
Are there requirements for becoming a Boei affiliate?
+
Your application must be accepted and you need a valid PayPal account. Once accepted, you have to stay in compliance with our terms of service. Easy, right?
What is the commission structure?
+
You get 33% of lifetime revenue from any client who signs up during the 30 day cookie window.
How will I know if my application is accepted?
+
You will receive an email in your inbox saying that you are now accepted and with some helpful tips to get you started. We want to see you succeed.
How are referrals and commissions tracked?
+
When a user clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is placed in their browser. If the user creates a Boei account within the 30 day cookie duration, the account will be marked as referred by you. Any purchase the user makes at any time thereafter means a 33% commission for you. On your affiliate dashboard, you can see the number of visitors through your link, how many sign ups to each plan and how much revenue has been generated by your efforts.
When and how do I get paid?
+
There is a minimum payout limit of $100. Once your account reaches the limit, you will be paid to the PayPal account specified by you at the start of the following month.
Do I need to be a Boei customer?
+
No. That said, it’s a really good idea to set up and use Boei so you know what you’re selling!
What am I not allowed to do as an affiliate?
+
  1. Self-referrals are not allowed.
  2. Abuse or gaming will result in having your account banned.
  3. No search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Social Media ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers.
  4. No ads that link to our website or anything similar that would compete with our own paid marketing and drive up our costs and potentially cause confusion.
  5. No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (ie. as an employee).
