An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

Can I put the chatbot on my own subdomain?

Yes. Business and Scale plans support custom domain (CNAME). Your client widgets load from chat.youragency.com or whichever subdomain you configure, not from a Boei domain. No visible Boei URL in the widget's network calls.

How do client sub-accounts work?

Each client sits in an isolated sub-account with its own team, chatbot, knowledge base, and conversation history. Clients cannot see each other's data. From your agency dashboard you can create sub-accounts, transfer chatbot ownership, and impersonate a sub-account in one click when a client needs help.

Is the pricing per client or a flat agency fee?

Can a client take their chatbot with them if they leave?

Yes. Chatbot ownership transfer moves a chatbot (and its full knowledge base, conversation history, and settings) from your agency sub-account into a Boei account that the client owns directly. Clean hand-off, no data loss, and Boei bills them directly from that point.

What is the difference between the agency program and the affiliate program?

The agency / white-label program (this page) is for reselling Boei to your clients under your own brand and running their sub-accounts. The affiliate program is for referring customers directly to Boei and earning a commission. You can run both in parallel if some referrals prefer to buy from Boei directly.
