What Your AI Agent Can Do With Mailchimp

Boei's agentic AI calls the Mailchimp API directly during conversations. No marketplace, no glue code. The agent figures out the right call, runs it live, and replies in the chat.

Add a new subscriber

When the agent collects an email and consent, it adds the contact to Mailchimp with the right list and tags.

Sure, send me your guide. [email protected]
Sent. I've added you to our 'Guides' list in Mailchimp, the PDF is on its way.

Tag based on intent

The agent listens for buying signals, role, or industry and tags the contact in Mailchimp so your sequences stay relevant.

I'm a freelance designer looking for billing tools
Got it. I've tagged you 'Freelancer' and 'Billing' in Mailchimp so you only get content that's actually useful.

Trigger a sequence

Asked for the trial guide? Onboarding sequence. Asked about pricing? Sales sequence. The agent fires the right Mailchimp flow.

Can you send me your onboarding tips?
Sending now. You'll get a 5-email onboarding from Mailchimp starting today, one per day.

Unsubscribe / pause

The agent honors unsubscribe and pause requests immediately, without making the customer hunt for a link.

Stop emailing me
Done. I've unsubscribed you in Mailchimp. You won't hear from us again.

Need something else? Tell the AI in plain English. The agent figures out the right Mailchimp API call and runs it live.

Every Conversation Grows Your Email List

Your Boei widget collects email addresses through contact forms, newsletter signups, callback requests, and live chat. With the Mailchimp integration, those emails flow directly into your Mailchimp audience: no CSV exports, no manual imports.

Visitors who reach out through your website are already interested in your business. By adding them to your email list automatically, you can nurture those leads with email campaigns, automated sequences, and product updates.

How It Works

From website visitor to email subscriber in seconds

1

Visitor Shares Their Email

A visitor fills out a contact form, subscribes to your newsletter, or provides their email through any Boei channel.
2

Boei Sends to Mailchimp

The email address (and name, if provided) is automatically added to your chosen Mailchimp audience list.
3

Nurture with Email

The contact enters your Mailchimp workflows: welcome emails, drip campaigns, product updates, and more.
