Widget not showing on my Ghost site?

Add the Boei script via Ghost Admin → Settings → Code injection → Site Footer. Make sure you save and the script appears on your published site (not just in Ghost Admin).

Chatbot not learning my posts?

Ensure your posts are published (not drafts). Add your Ghost sitemap URL (yoursite.com/sitemap.xml) to Boei's training section for complete content crawling.

Not working with my Ghost theme?

The chatbot is theme-independent and works via code injection. If you're using a heavily customized theme with conflicting JavaScript, check the browser console for errors.

Can members-only content be trained?

The AI can only learn from publicly accessible pages. If you have members-only content, the chatbot won't access it unless those pages are also publicly visible.

What do you like best about Boei? I'm giving 10 points. Why? This app is super easy. You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. We have been using Boei mainly for small corporate websites. It really solves our need to have a small chat widget which does not add up 150Kb and XXXXX JS scripts. It's really lightweight and it does not affect your website speed.

I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback. An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

How is this possible? I have been searching for a service like boei, without success for over a year. What magic is this? Isn't set up supposed to be supremely complicated, involving a coding degree, extensive technical knowledge and possibly a miracle? Boei just works.
