The visitor sees a chatbot that belongs on the website
Start where the conversation happens. Match the chatbot name, avatar and appearance to the website. The visitor gets answers from the business, while your agency can receive credit for the service.
In this example, North Studio uses its logo and a custom "Powered By" label for Harbor Dental's assistant. The answers belong to the dental practice. The service is visibly delivered by the agency.
Branding is controlled per widget. When the account includes branding removal, the Hide branding option removes the credit entirely.

You do not need a branded agency platform for that. Website branding removal is the smaller option. Choose Custom Whitelabel when clients also need your portal, domain and platform emails.

For your own website, Business and Scale include branding removal. Starter and Growth can add it. The Design settings have a Branding section where you can enable Hide branding for each widget. This does not require an agency account.
What it costs
Custom Whitelabel costs €99 per month excluding VAT per agency environment. It is additional to client subscriptions. The 20% reseller discount does not apply to this agency branding fee.
The environment fee stays €99 whether you brand the service for five clients or ten. Client subscriptions still cover each business's chatbot capacity. Include both when pricing your service.
