Copy installation code

In your Boei dashboard, open your widget and click the Install tab. Select WordPress and copy the installation code.

Tip: The Install tab also offers a landing page link, QR code, and iframe embed.

In your WordPress admin, go to Divi → Theme Options → Integration. You'll see a field for adding code to the body of your site.

Paste the code

Paste the Boei script code into the Add code to the body field (or the Add code to the head field). Make sure the "Enable header code" and "Enable body code" options are checked.

Save changes

You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. We have been using Boei mainly for small corporate websites. I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback. An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

How is this possible? I have been searching for a service like boei, without success for over a year. What magic is this? Isn't set up supposed to be supremely complicated, involving a coding degree, extensive technical knowledge and possibly a miracle? Boei just works.
