We started Boei because we didn't like live chat. Why do we force customers to use something new? We already have great communication channels! With Boei, we help resolve this issue. We don't want to give customers only live chat, but also WhatsApp, Twitter DMs, Facebook messenger, and other options. Providing support to customers on the channels that they already use, build relationships instead of being a live chat robot. And increasing conversions while doing it 🚀
