⚙️ How it works
- When someone uses Boei on your site, or starts a chat, Boei tells your analytics tool.
- You can see these events in your analytics and learn from them.
- You can customize the conversion event.

- Google Tag Manager - Makes it easy to add and update your website tags without needing to change the code.
- Simple Analytics - A straightforward way to see your website traffic, respecting user privacy.
- Plausible Analytics - A user-friendly, privacy-focused tool for website stats.
🏗️ How to set it up
- Open your widget and go to Customize your widget
- Click Settings, scroll to the analytics platform you want to integrate with, and activate it.
- And that's it! Now you can keep track of how people interact with Boei on your site.
Customize events
By default, Boei sends a 'BoeiOpened' event for clicks and a 'BoeiConversion' event for conversions. Customize conversion events per channel by configuring the Custom Conversion Event in the channel settings.
