Clear your WordPress cache (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed) and browser cache. Verify the Boei plugin is activated in Plugins and the Widget Key is entered in Settings → Boei.

AI not finding my products?

Make sure your products are published (not draft or private). Try adding your sitemap URL (yoursite.com/product-sitemap.xml) directly in the Boei training section for faster product crawling.

Wrong product information in answers?

The AI learns from your live product pages. If you've updated products recently, re-crawl your store in the Boei dashboard → Training → Refresh. Allow 5-10 minutes for changes to take effect.

Conflicts with other plugins?

Boei is compatible with most WooCommerce plugins. If you see issues, temporarily deactivate other chat or popup plugins to isolate the conflict. Contact support with the conflicting plugin name.

What do you like best about Boei? I'm giving 10 points. Why? This app is super easy. You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. We have been using Boei mainly for small corporate websites. I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback. An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

How is this possible? I have been searching for a service like boei, without success for over a year. What magic is this? Isn't set up supposed to be supremely complicated, involving a coding degree, extensive technical knowledge and possibly a miracle? Boei just works.
