Widget not showing on store?

Check that the code injection app is enabled in your theme customizer. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize and look for app embeds or third-party code sections.

Chatbot not learning products?

Make sure your product pages are public (not password protected). Try adding your sitemap URL (yourstore.com/sitemap.xml) to the Boei training section for faster crawling.

Wrong answers about products?

Re-crawl your store in the Boei dashboard to pick up recent product changes. Also check that product descriptions are accurate — the AI learns from what you've written.

Not appearing on checkout page?

Shopify restricts third-party scripts on checkout for security. The chatbot works on all other pages. Consider adding a 'Questions?' link that opens chat before checkout.

What do you like best about Boei? I'm giving 10 points. Why? This app is super easy. You can configure your chat widget in 5 minutes, add a JS script to your "header" in your theme and wooollaaa done. Nothing hard. We have been using Boei mainly for small corporate websites. I have a quick chat on each page, so it simplifies the way my clients can get in touch with me. It was very easy to implement and they continue to improve this software and are open to feedback. An easy way to add a communication widget to the website. I like best that it supports Messenger and Whatsaap, phone, email and live chat and it is easy to translate for multilingual pages. I can't think about real drowbacks. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] reply all the support questions quickly and effectively, they are open to feedback. I had no issues at all with this software. Maybe if they could add some protection against spammers if you use the contact form and in some future add a chatbot, that would be fantastic.

How is this possible? I have been searching for a service like boei, without success for over a year. What magic is this? Isn't set up supposed to be supremely complicated, involving a coding degree, extensive technical knowledge and possibly a miracle? Boei just works.
