Adding a Business or Website

Add another company website to your existing Boei account by creating an extra business. You can then set up its own website widget and AI agent.

How to get there: Go to Setup in the top menu → click your current business name → Add business.

Add an Extra Business

  1. Sign in to your Boei account
  2. Click Setup in the top menu
  3. Click your current business name at the top of the Setup area. This opens the business dropdown.
  4. Select Add business at the bottom of the dropdown
  5. Enter the address of the other website in Business URL, for example yourcompany.com
  6. Click Create
  7. Follow the setup steps that open for the new business

You can use the same login for both businesses. You don't need to create another Boei account.

Install on the New Website

Complete the setup for the new business, then add its widget code to that website. Use the code for the new business.

Switch Between Businesses

  1. Open Setup
  2. Click the current business name
  3. Select the business you want to manage

The Business, AI Agent, Website widget, and FAQs tabs show settings for the selected business.

Your team, inbox, contacts, deals, and billing are shared across the account. See Multiple Websites for more details.

If You Reach Your Business Limit

Your plan limits how many businesses you can add. If Boei shows a limit message, check Plans and Pricing before adding another business.
