Trial

New accounts start with a trial that unlocks all premium features for a limited time. You'll see a countdown on the Account page showing when your trial ends.

Plans

Plans are shown on the Account page and vary based on your account. They unlock additional features such as:

  • More websites and team members
  • Unlimited leads and channels
  • Advanced customization and conditions
  • Higher AI chatbot credit limits
  • Live chat with team agents
  • Analytics integrations (Google Analytics, Facebook, etc.)
  • Slack and webhook integrations
  • Remove Boei branding
  • API access

Agency Plans

If you manage multiple clients or run an agency, Boei offers a modular agency pricing model. Instead of a fixed plan, you build your own by picking exactly the modules you need: domains, chatbots, live chat agents, AI credits, and optional add-ons like a custom domain or custom powered-by branding. Volume discounts apply automatically as your spend grows.

Currency and VAT

Prices are shown in USD by default. EUR and GBP are also available. All prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
