Widget Metrics

Understand how visitors interact with your contact widget: how many see it, how many open it, and which channels they pick.

How to get there: Go to Analytics in the top menu → select a widget from the widget selector.

Core Metrics

Pageviews

Total number of pageviews on pages where your widget is installed. This is your reach.

Widget Impressions

How many times the widget was actually shown to a visitor. This can differ from pageviews if you use page conditions, business hours, or country targeting to hide the widget.

Channel Clicks

How many times visitors clicked any channel inside the widget (chatbot, WhatsApp, phone, contact form, etc.).

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Channel Clicks / Widget Impressions. This is the key metric for widget A/B tests. A higher CTR means your widget is more compelling.

Per-Channel Breakdown

For each channel enabled in your widget, you see:

  • Clicks — how many times this specific channel was clicked
  • Share — what percentage of total clicks went to this channel
  • Trend — week-over-week or month-over-month change

Use this to spot which channels visitors prefer and prune the ones nobody uses.

Conversion Funnel

Track visitors through the funnel:

  1. Pageview — visitor lands on your site
  2. Impression — widget is shown
  3. Click — visitor opens the widget
  4. Channel click — visitor picks a channel
  5. Engagement — visitor sends a message or starts a chat
  6. Lead — visitor leaves their contact details

Each drop-off step tells you where to focus optimizations.
