Website Widget Insights

See which website pages produce conversations, contacts, deals, and revenue.

How to get there: Click Insights in the top menu. Select Website widget in the toggle.

Funnel

The funnel at the top shows how visitors move through your widget:

  1. Widget opens - how many visitors opened the widget launcher.
  2. Chatbot opens - how many opened the chatbot panel specifically.
  3. Conversations - how many started a conversation with at least one message.
  4. Contacts - how many became a captured contact.
  5. Deals - how many resulted in a CRM deal.
  6. Won - total value of deals marked as won.

Percentages between steps show conversion rates.

Previous period comparison

Below the funnel, a comparison strip shows how conversations, contacts, and deals changed compared to the same-length previous period.

Page outcome table

The main table shows which pages on your website produce business outcomes. Each row is a page where visitors engaged with your widget.

Columns:

  • Page - the URL path where the conversation started.
  • Conversations - chatbot conversations that started on that page.
  • Contacts - contacts captured from those conversations.
  • Deals - CRM deals attributed to those conversations.
  • Won - value of won deals.

Click any row to expand it and see additional detail.

Pages are attributed using first-touch: a conversation is attributed to the page where the visitor first opened the chatbot, even if they navigated elsewhere during the chat.

"Direct or unknown" shows conversations where the starting page could not be determined.

Observations

Below the table, you may see up to three observations about your data, such as pages with high traffic but no deals, or pages driving revenue.

Widget activity

The lower section shows detailed widget metrics for the selected period:

  • Widget opens, contact option clicks, and click-through rate.
  • A chart showing opens and clicks over time.
  • Breakdowns by channel, country, page, and device.

Use the widget selector in the header to filter to a specific widget. When a specific widget is selected, the funnel and page table are hidden (they operate at the business level).

Choosing a business

If you have multiple businesses, use the business selector to filter. The funnel, page table, and widget activity all update to show only the selected business.
