Choose the time period and scope for your Insights data.
How to get there: Click Insights in the top menu, then use the controls at the top of the page.
The period dropdown is in the top right of the page. Available options:
On the Website widget view, you can also pick a custom date range.
When you switch between AI agent and Website widget, your selected period carries over.
If you have multiple businesses (domains), use the business selector to view a specific business. "All businesses" shows combined data across all your businesses.
On the AI agent view, if you have multiple chatbots, use the agent selector to view a specific agent or "All agents" for combined results.
When you select a specific business, the agent list automatically filters to agents on that business.
On the Website widget view, use the widget selector to drill into a specific widget's activity. When a specific widget is selected, the funnel and page table are hidden since they operate at the business level.
The Website widget view shows a comparison strip below the funnel, showing how conversations, contacts, and deals changed compared to the equivalent previous period.
