Managing Your Subscription

View and manage your subscription, change plans, update payment details, and download invoices.

How to get there: Click your profile menu in the top-right → Account & Billing.

Your Current Plan

At the top of the Account & Billing page you'll see your current plan summary, including:

  • Plan name and what's included (websites, chatbots, live chat agents)
  • Next renewal date
  • An Adjust plan button to upgrade or downgrade

Changing Your Plan

  1. Click your profile menu in the top-right → Account & Billing
  2. Click Adjust plan
  3. Choose your new plan and billing interval (monthly or yearly)
  4. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. You keep your current features until then, and can cancel the pending change if needed.

Invoices, Payment Method, and Billing Address

Click View next to Invoices to open your invoice list. Invoices load when you open the list. Each row shows the date, invoice number, full invoice amount, and status. Click View on a row to open the invoice, or PDF to download it. Use Load more for older invoices.

Invoices are available for subscriptions and lifetime accounts. If your company has older Stripe customer profiles, contact Boei support to have their invoices linked to your account. Purchases made through another seller, such as AppSumo, are not included in this Stripe invoice list.

Click Update next to Payment method or Billing address to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Change your billing address, company name, or VAT number

If a Payment Fails

A failed card payment does not always mean your subscription has ended. Stripe can try the payment again. Open Account & Billing to check your invoices and update your payment method.

If your subscription is unpaid, the page shows Payment needed. You may still have temporary access to paid features. That access does not mean your payment has been received.

To subscribe again, choose a plan on that page and complete the payment. This starts a new subscription period. Old invoices are handled separately and are not included in this payment. After the new payment is confirmed, the previous unpaid subscription is stopped.

Once the new payment access rules take effect, you keep paid features while Stripe is trying to collect the payment. If the payment still cannot be collected and the subscription becomes unpaid, your account moves to the Free limits. Your data stays in your account, but some features may no longer work.

A SEPA bank debit may still be processing. A payment that is still being processed is different from a failed payment and does not by itself remove your access.

If you have already paid or need help restoring your paid plan, contact Boei support.

Trial Usage and Upgrade Paths

During your trial the usage bars on the Account & Billing page show current AI response and training-credit usage, so nothing surprises you at the end.

When you upgrade, add-ons (extra AI responses, extra chatbots, live chat seats) can be toggled on the same screen as the plan choice, no separate step. PayPal users get a dedicated upgrade modal that keeps you inside PayPal's flow instead of routing through Stripe.

Subscriptions that were paid by invoice (non-card) are routed to a Stripe hosted invoice page for the next payment, so upgrading doesn't force you onto a card.

Cancelling Your Plan

  1. Click your profile menu in the top-right → Account & Billing
  2. Scroll down to Cancellation
  3. Click Cancel — this opens the Stripe customer portal where you can confirm

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is preserved, but some features may become unavailable.
