Activity Log

A timeline of everything that happens across your agency: client creations, logins, soft-limit changes, ownership transfers, and more.

How to get there: Click your profile icon (top right) → Clients / SubaccountsActivity Log tab.

What Is Logged

The activity log captures actions that affect your agency or your clients:

  • Client created or disconnected
  • Logged into client workspace — every time you (or a team member) used "Login as" on a client
  • Soft limits changed — adjustments to advisory usage limits
  • Ownership transferred — widgets, chatbots, or domains moved between clients
  • Trial converted — when a trial client became a paid client seat

Each entry shows the timestamp, the actor (you or a team member), and the affected client.

Filtering

Use the dropdown above the list to filter by:

  • Specific client
  • Action type (logins only, ownership transfers only, etc.)
  • Date range
  • Team member who performed the action

Why It Matters

The activity log is the audit trail for agency operations. Use it to:

  • Verify a teammate's work — see who logged into which client and when
  • Diagnose client questions — "When did my limit change?" or "Why did this widget move?"
  • Compliance — provide proof of who accessed a client's data and when

Visibility

The activity log only shows entries for your own agency. Other agencies cannot see your activity. Boei staff can see entries during support investigations but not casually.

Retention

Activity log entries are kept for 12 months by default. After 12 months, entries are archived and only summary statistics remain.
