Approved agencies can create client trials from Partners → Add client. If you are not approved yet, select Become a partner from your name menu and apply as an agency.
Enter the client's name and email and choose 7 or 14 days. Add the website domain to create its widget and chatbot automatically. You can leave the website empty and set it up later. Each trial has its own account, one chatbot and 250 trial credits. It does not use another client's capacity or start a paid subscription.
No email is sent to the client when you create the trial. You can set up their account first and share access when you are ready.
Boei limits the number of active trials an agency can create. Contact support if you need more.
Select Log in in the client row to set up the client's widget and chatbot. Use Exit client session in the name menu to return to your own agency.
Select Choose paid plan under the client's package or in the client's ··· menu. Choose a package and add-ons, and add any billing notes. Boei applies the package after the billing arrangement is confirmed. You do not convert a trial into a seat in a shared bundle.
The client row shows the current status and end date. Ask Boei if the trial end date needs to change. A request alone does not extend a trial or create a charge.
