Phone Channel

Add a click-to-call button so visitors can call you directly from their device.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Phone.

Setup

  1. Open your widget editor
  2. Click Add Channel
  3. Select Phone
  4. Enter your phone number (with country code)
  5. Save

Options

Display as QR Code

Show a scannable QR code with your phone number - useful for desktop visitors who want to call from their mobile.

Open in New Window

Opens the phone dialer in a new window (where supported).

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
  • Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact

Tracking

  • Custom conversion event - Track call button clicks in analytics
  • Redirect after contact - Send to thank you page

Tips

  • Use click-to-call primarily on mobile devices
  • Show QR code on desktop so users can scan with their phone
  • Consider a Call Me Back form as an alternative
  • Hide phone during off-hours to avoid missed calls
