Setting Up Business Hours
Step 1: Enable Out of Office
- Open your widget and go to Customize your widget
- Click Out-of-office and enable it

Step 2: Set Your Timezone
Select your timezone to ensure accurate scheduling:

Set the hours you're available for each day:

- Go to Choose your channels
- Select a channel to configure
- Enable Hide when out of office

- Repeat for other channels as needed
