Integrations

Connect your chatbot to other tools and services you already use.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Chatbot in the top menu → click your chatbot → Integrations section in the sidebar.

Available Integrations

HubSpot Sync leads and conversations with your HubSpot CRM
Google Tag Manager Fire GTM events based on chatbot interactions
Google Analytics Track chatbot events in GA4
Facebook Pixel Track chatbot conversions for Facebook Ads
Webhooks Send conversation data to any service via webhook
Missive Route conversations to your Missive inbox
Mailchimp Add collected leads to your Mailchimp lists

Setting Up an Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations tab in your chatbot settings
  2. Click on the integration you want to connect
  3. Follow the setup instructions (usually entering your account details or connecting your account)
  4. Choose which events or data to sync

Each integration has its own configuration options. Click on an integration in the sidebar to see its specific settings and setup guide.
