Email Verification

Verifying your email address unlocks sending features and improves deliverability of transcripts and lead notifications.

How to get there: Click your profile icon (top right) → Profile → look for the verification banner if your email is not yet verified.

Why Verify

An unverified email account can:

  • Sign in and use Boei normally
  • Receive notifications at the address

A verified email account can also:

  • Send transcripts to visitors from your own address
  • Receive password reset emails reliably
  • Use the Boei email channel with your domain

If you never verified during signup, you can request a new verification link anytime.

  1. Open Profile
  2. Click Resend verification email
  3. Check your inbox for an email from [email protected]
  4. Click the link in the email

The link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not click in time, request a new one.

Not Receiving the Email?

If the verification email never arrives:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Whitelist boei.help in your email provider
  • Make sure the address on your profile is typed correctly
  • Try a different email provider (some corporate filters block links)

If none of that works, contact support and we can verify the address manually.

Changing the Verified Email

When you change your email under Account Management, the new address starts as unverified and you need to verify it through the link sent to the new address. The old address remains verified until you confirm.
