## Notes

- Every AI reply to a visitor uses 1 AI credit. Human live chat messages are unlimited and use no credits. When credits run out the chatbot pauses but the widget and live chat keep working.
- After the trial, an account that does not upgrade stays active in read-only mode, so the setup is never lost.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
