Page credits measure stored training content. They are separate from the credits used for AI replies.
Open Training → Knowledge and expand Training space. This shows your account's current allowance, usage and available space. Expand its details to inspect sources and individual pages/files, with the largest first.
The base unit is 5,000 extracted characters. Website pages are rounded up individually, with a minimum of one credit when charged. Completed files with extracted content are also rounded up individually.
Text and conversation content use pooled character totals. FAQ collection usage is pooled, and a collection shared within the same account is not charged again for each linked chatbot. Products do not count against the page-credit limit.
Limits and account scope can vary by subscription. Use the displayed account allowance rather than assuming that each chatbot has a separate pool.
A sitemap contains addresses, not page sizes. Boei cannot give an exact cost for unread pages. The training summary distinguishes measured content from content that still needs to be read.
After you start, Boei reads and trains what fits. It reserves space for work in progress without counting that reservation again once the same content is counted as stored knowledge. You can close the page while this happens.
If there is not enough space, finished content remains usable. The run retains fetched content for resuming and limits further reading. The shortage shown is based on measured content; if unread items remain, it is not the final cost for all of them.
Free space or upgrade, then use the paused run's resume action. You do not need to upload or fetch its retained content again.
Use the expandable usage details to find large or outdated sources. Deleting unnecessary content frees its stored usage. Merely stopping a source from answering is different from deleting it: retained text, conversation data or a shared FAQ collection may still count.
Replacing or retraining a source is not a second permanent copy of its knowledge, although new content can be larger than the old version. Check the resulting usage after processing.
