Tidio Channel

Integrate your existing Tidio chat with Boei's widget. Opens your Tidio chat when clicked.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Tidio.

Setup

  1. Make sure Tidio is installed on your website
  2. Open your widget editor
  3. Click Add Channel
  4. Select Tidio
  5. Save

Note: Tidio must be enabled on your website before this channel will work.

How It Works

When visitors click the Tidio channel in your Boei widget, it opens your Tidio chat interface. Combine all your contact channels in one convenient menu.

Options

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
  • Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact

Tracking

  • Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics

Tips

  • Hide Tidio's default launcher and access through Boei
  • Combine with email and phone for complete coverage
