Slack Channel

Add Slack to your widget so visitors can join your Slack workspace or community.

How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Slack.

Setup

  1. Open your widget editor
  2. Click Add Channel
  3. Select Slack
  4. Enter your Slack workspace invite link
  5. Save

Display as QR Code

Show a scannable QR code linking to your Slack workspace.

Open in New Window

Opens Slack in a new browser tab.

Business Hours

  • Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours

Tracking

  • Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics

Webhook URL Prefix

You can paste the Slack webhook URL with or without the https://hooks.slack.com/services/ prefix, the widget strips it if present. Either format saves and works the same way.
