Add Instagram to your widget so visitors can find and follow your profile, or message you directly.
How to get there: Go to Setup → Widget in the top menu → click your widget → click Add Channel and select Instagram.
Channel Types
Boei offers two Instagram options:
Instagram Profile
Links to your Instagram profile page.
Instagram DM
Opens Instagram Direct Messages to start a conversation.
Setup
- Open your widget editor
- Click Add Channel
- Select Instagram or Instagram DM
- Enter your Instagram username (without @)
- Save
Options
Display as QR Code
Show a scannable QR code linking to your profile.
Open in New Window
Opens Instagram in a new browser tab.
Business Hours
- Hide when out of office - Only show during business hours
- Show only when out of office - Use as alternative contact
Tracking
- Custom conversion event - Track clicks in analytics
- Redirect after contact - Send to thank you page
