Connect your Google Calendar so visitors can book meetings directly from the chatbot. Boei checks your real availability, respects buffers and working hours, and drops confirmed bookings straight into your calendar with a Google Meet link.
How to get there: Go to Setup → Chatbot in the top menu → click your chatbot → Leads → Calendar Booking in the sidebar.
Missing permissions warning: if Google only granted part of the permissions, Boei shows a yellow warning listing the missing scopes. Click Disconnect Google Account, then reconnect and tick everything on the consent screen.
During verification: while our Google integration is finishing Google's verification review, new connections are allowlist-only. Email [email protected] with the Google account you want to use and we'll add you (usually same day).
Once connected:

Enabling this switch does two things:
book_meeting and show_calendar_picker skills so the AI chatbot can offer times inside the conversation (see Calendar booking in the chatbot)The Upcoming Bookings table at the bottom of the settings shows all future bookings made through this chatbot. Cancel a booking here and Boei also cancels the corresponding Google Calendar event.
Click Disconnect Google Account at the top of the settings. This removes Boei's access token from Google. Existing calendar settings on the chatbot are kept so you can reconnect later without losing your availability rules.
"No calendars in the dropdown" — Google didn't grant the read scope. Disconnect and reconnect, and tick all boxes on the consent screen.
"No open slots on this day" — either the day has no availability window configured, the day is beyond your Days ahead limit, or every slot conflicts with an existing calendar event (respecting the buffer).
Bookings not appearing in Google Calendar — check you selected the correct calendar in Step 2. Boei writes to exactly the calendar you picked, not to all your calendars.
Visitor got a wrong time — the visitor sees slots in their browser timezone. Boei stores the booking in the chatbot's business timezone. If a visitor reports a mismatch, ask which timezone their device is set to.
