Export Contacts

Export your contacts to Excel for reporting, backup, or use in other tools.

How to get there: Go to Contacts in the top menu → click Export.

How to Export

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Apply any filters you want (optional)
  3. Click Export
  4. Download starts automatically
  5. Open the .xlsx file in Excel or Google Sheets

Export with Filters

The export respects your current filters:

  • Search - Only contacts matching your search term
  • Status filter - Only contacts with selected status
  • User filter - Only contacts from selected subaccount

Example

To export only leads:

  1. Set status filter to Lead
  2. Click Export
  3. Only lead contacts are included

What's Exported

The Excel file includes:

Column Description
Name Contact's full name
Email Email address
Phone Phone number
Company Company name
Status Contact status (Lead, Customer, etc.)
Notes Any notes added
Created When contact was created
Last Contact Most recent interaction date

Backup

Regularly export contacts to keep a backup of your customer data.
