- Under Email statistics, pick a frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or No email reports)
Disabling Reports
Under Advanced → Email statistics, choose No email reports.
You can always re-enable reports later.
If you have multiple widgets:
- Each widget sends its own report
- Reports are sent separately (not combined)
- All go to your account email
- Consider using email filters to organize them
Tip: Set up an email filter/label for "from:[email protected]" to keep reports organized.
Understanding Your Report
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Your CTR shows what percentage of visitors engaged with your widget.
Good CTR benchmarks:
- 1-3% - Average performance
- 3-5% - Good performance
- 5%+ - Excellent performance
Low CTR? Consider:
- Adjusting widget position
- Changing button color
- Adding attention grabbers
- Testing different channels
Week-over-Week Changes
The report shows percentage changes from the previous week:
- ↑ +25% - Performance improved
- → 0% - No change
- ↓ -15% - Performance declined
Significant changes warrant investigation:
- Did you change widget settings?
- Was there a holiday or special event?
- Did website traffic increase/decrease?
- Were there technical issues?
The report shows which channels received the most clicks:
Example:
- WhatsApp - 45% of clicks
- Email - 30% of clicks
- Phone - 15% of clicks
- Facebook - 10% of clicks
Use this data to:
- Prioritize popular channels (move them higher)
- Remove unused channels (< 1% of clicks)
- Test promoting underutilized channels
- Understand customer preferences
Best Practices
Review Regularly
- Set aside 5 minutes each Monday to review your report
- Note any significant changes
- Compare to your website's overall traffic trends
Act on Insights
Don't just read - take action:
- Declining CTR? Test a new button color
- One channel dominates? Feature it more prominently
- Low engagement? Try adding attention grabbers
Track Changes
Keep a simple log of widget changes:
- When you made changes
- What you changed
- Impact on next week's report
This helps you understand what works.
