Dashboard Overview

The Boei dashboard is your command center for managing widgets, chatbots, and customer conversations.

The top navigation bar is flat (no dropdowns) and contains the following menu items:

Dashboard

Click the logo in the top-left to return to the main dashboard at any time.

Inbox

Click Inbox in the top menu to open your unified inbox with all customer conversations.

Contacts

Click Contacts in the top menu to view and manage all customer profiles.

Deals

Click Deals in the top menu to track your sales pipeline on a kanban board. Bulk follow-ups for overdue deals live at /deals/follow-ups.

Analytics

Click Analytics in the top menu to view performance reports for your widgets and chatbots.

Setup

Click Setup in the top menu to open a persistent submenu with:

  • Business — View and manage your connected businesses/websites
  • Chatbot — Create and manage AI-powered chatbots (training, settings, live chat)
  • Widget — Create and customize your communication widgets (channels, appearance, display conditions)
  • Team — Invite and manage team members and collaborators
  • FAQs — Build and manage FAQ widgets (if enabled on your plan)

Account Menu

Click your profile icon / name (top right) to access:

  • Settings — Your personal account settings
  • Account & Billing — Manage your subscription and billing
  • API Keys — Manage API access (if enabled on your plan)
  • Affiliate Program — Affiliate dashboard
  • Add Feature or Bug — Feedback portal
  • Support — Contact support
  • Sign out

Agency users see a Clients link in the top right for managing client workspaces.
