Change the language of your app and Boei emails

How to get there: Click your name in the top-right corner → Profile → App language.

You can use Boei in English, German or Dutch. Each team member chooses their own language.

1. Open App language in your profile.
2. Choose your language and click Save.
3. Click Reload page in the message that appears. This updates all menus and settings to your chosen language.

Your choice also sets the language of Boei's email sequences sent to you. It does not translate messages written by customers or your team.

The language of your website widget and chatbot stays the same. Those are separate settings for your visitors. For example, you can use the app in Dutch while your chatbot speaks German.

The sign-in screen remembers your language on this browser. You can change your language again in your profile at any time.
